1. These Rules establish the procedure applicable to matters brought before the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal established by the Act respecting the regulation of the financial sector (chapter E-6.1), in keeping with the principles of natural justice and equality of the parties.
The purpose of the Rules is to simplify and accelerate the conduct of hearings and foster the cooperation of the parties and advocates.
